Personalized Exercise Plans: 1) All workouts are delivered to you by email or in person during training workout. Your personal training program consists of custom designed workouts emailed to your inbox for your preview prior to first walk-through. 2) After you complete your workout, write your progress on your worlout sheet this will allow us to constantly monitor your progress and make changes when necessary.
The printable workout program is your outline of the 'flow' of your workout. It will take you through all the major muscle groups that we agreed need to be worked in an order that will give you the maximum benefit for you and your workout.
